Upcoming Events & Meetings

• The Winter Market and Cookie Decorating is Sunday December 8th, 2024 from 2pm to 5pm at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse and will feature a Winter Market with businesses owned by Lake Terrapin residents and friends of residents. Visit the event webpage to register for a free 4ft. x 8 ft. table space (based on availability) to be setup inside the Clubhouse. 
• All residents are invited to attend events.

Lake Terrapin HOA is a community-based organization in Woodbridge, VA dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The Lake Terrapin HOA is comprised entirely of volunteers and all members of the HOA Board, the HOA Committees, and Coordinator Positions give up their free time to work hard at planning exciting events and activities and carrying out the responsibilities of the Lake Terrapin Homeowners Association.
