• The next scheduled HOA Board Meeting will be hosted Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 7 pm and it will be hosted on Zoom. A link to the meeting will be emailed to all residents. Update your email address we have on file for you here: Update Your Resident Profile
• The Lake Terrapin HOA Social Committee Meeting will be Tuesday April 21, 2026 at 7pm to continue planning 2025 activities and events. We will update this website as soon as we have more information.
• The Lake Terrapin Pool will open on Saturday May 23, 2026 (Memorial Day Weekend) and will close on Monday September 7, 2026 (last day of Labor Day Weekend). Hours will be Noon to 8pm weekdays (Monday thru Friday) and 10am to 8pm on weekends and holidays. Click here for more information: Lake Terrapin Pool

About Us

Lake Terrapin HOA is a community-based organization in Woodbridge, VA dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The Lake Terrapin HOA is comprised entirely of volunteers and all members of the HOA Board, the HOA Committees, and Coordinator Positions give up their free time to work hard at planning exciting events and activities and carrying out the responsibilities of the Lake Terrapin Homeowners Association.
