Upcoming Events & Meetings

• The Lake Terrapin End of Summer Pool Party will be Saturday August 29, 2026 from 3pm to 7pm. NOTE: The pool will not open that day until 3pm to allow setup for the party. Must RSVP by Saturday August 22 by signing up here to bring a fruit, dessert, or snack. The party is only open to residents of Lake Terrapin – No guest passes are allowed to ensure all residents can attend. We also need ten volunteers to sign up here to help run the party.
• Pup Cups & Popsicles will be at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse on Sunday, September 6, 2026 from 7pm to 8pm.  Donations benefit Squishy Face Rescue. Bring your family dog to try have some pup cups frozen treats and popsicles along with toppings like milk bones, blueberries, and baby carrots. Three kiddie pools will also be provided for your canine family member to take a dip.  Leashes are required at all times.  
• The Lake Terrapin Pool will close on Monday September 7, 2026 (last day of Labor Day Weekend). Hours will be Noon to 8pm weekdays (Monday thru Friday) and 10am to 8pm on weekends and holidays. Click here for more information: Lake Terrapin Pool
• The next scheduled HOA Board Meeting will be hosted Tuesday, August 26, 2026 at 7pm and it will be hosted on Zoom. A link to the meeting will be emailed to all residents. Update your email address we have on file for you here: Update Your Resident Profile
• The Lake Terrapin HOA Social Committee Meeting will be Tuesday October 6, 2026 at 7pm to continue planning 2026 activities and events. We will update this website as soon as we have more information.

Lake Terrapin HOA is a community-based organization in Woodbridge, VA dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The Lake Terrapin HOA is comprised entirely of volunteers and all members of the HOA Board, the HOA Committees, and Coordinator Positions give up their free time to work hard at planning exciting events and activities and carrying out the responsibilities of the Lake Terrapin Homeowners Association.
