Upcoming Events & Meetings

• The Fall Festival & Trunk-or-Treat & Chili Cookoff will be Sunday October 18, 2026 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Go to the event webpage to register your vehicle and enter the decoration content and residents can also volunteer to help run the event.
• The next Monthly Movie Night at the Clubhouse is Friday, October 16, 2026 starting at 7 pm.
• The next scheduled HOA Board Meeting will be hosted Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 7pm and it will be hosted on Zoom. A link to the meeting will be emailed to all residents. Update your email address we have on file for you here: Update Your Resident Profile
• The Lake Terrapin HOA Annual Board Meeting is Thursday October 29, 2026 at 7pm in the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse. Please make plans to attend in person.
• The Lake Terrapin HOA Social Committee Meeting will be Tuesday October 6, 2026 at 7pm to continue planning 2026 activities and events. We will update this website as soon as we have more information.

About Us

Lake Terrapin HOA is a community-based organization in Woodbridge, VA dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The Lake Terrapin HOA is comprised entirely of volunteers and all members of the HOA Board, the HOA Committees, and Coordinator Positions give up their free time to work hard at planning exciting events and activities and carrying out the responsibilities of the Lake Terrapin Homeowners Association.
