Lake Terrapin HOA Board
The HOA Board of Directors is a group of residents dedicated to keeping our neighborhood a wonderful place to live. The Board of Directors manage the affairs of the Association and do not receive compensation for this service to the Association.
Our Mission
Manage the business affairs of Lake Terrapin community and association with a fiduciary obligation to the members, by focusing on fiscal responsibility, preservation of lifestyle, enhancement of property values, and promoting a sense of harmonious community.

2024 Lake Terrapin HOA Board Meeting Schedule
All residents are encouraged to attend all HOA Board Meetings. Meetings start at 7pm and are at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse.
- February 6, 2024 at 7pm
- March 19, 2024 at 7pm
- April 23, 2024 at 7pm
- May 14, 2024 at 7pm
- June 11, 2024 at 7pm
- September 25, 2024 at 7pm
- October 15, 2024 at 7pm
- November 14, 2024 at 7pm – HOA Annual Meeting
Elections for the HOA Board
- Election of new HOA Board members happens at the HOA Annual Meeting, typically in October. Information will be posted on the website and sent out in an email about the next scheduled election for positions on the HOA Board.
- Please note that volunteering to be elected to the Lake Terrapin HOA Board will involve approximately two hours of your time each week.
- HOA Board members must attend meetings, generally every month and can last 2.5 hours. HOA Board members may also be asked to serve as a liaison to a Committee and attend those Committee meetings (in person or via Zoom) as necessary.

The events and activities in our Lake Terrapin neighborhood won’t happen without engaged volunteers that help coordinate, organize, and host exciting events.
