Clubhouse, Playgrounds, Tennis, and Basketball Court

• The playgrounds, tennis and basketball course are for the use of Lake Terrapin Residents.
• The Clubhouse can only be rented by residents of the Lake Terrapin Neighborhood (see additional details below).

Lake Terrapin Playgrounds

The playgrounds in Lake Terrapin are for residents and their guests. All playground area hours are from 8am to 8pm or sunset, whatever comes first. Violators can be charged for trespassing.

The following are rules for the Lake Terrapin Playgrounds:

• Use of playground equipment is at your own risk.
• Play area reserved for residents only.
• Young residents under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No rough play or yelling permitted.
• Only one person per swing at a time.
• No jumping off sliding board.
• No glass or bottles in play area.
• No one over 12 permitted to use equipment.

Clubhouse Rental

The Lake Terrapin Clubhouse is available to rent only by residents of the Lake Terrapin neighborhood any day of the week from 7 am to 10 pm.

Cost to Rent the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse

• The cost is $500 for the day and includes use of the Clubhouse, bathrooms, and kitchen space from 7 am to 10 pm.
• Residents who wish to rent the Clubhouse will need to submit a fully completed Rental Agreement.
• Residents who wish to rent the Clubhouse must provide a $500 deposit and are responsible for any damages to the Clubhouse or the Grounds.
• Residents who wish to rent the Clubhouse must sign damage waivers and agreements assuming liability.
• Residents who wish to rent the Clubhouse will need to show proof of insurance.
• Rental of the Clubhouse does not include access to the Pool or the Pool areas.
• Residents who wish to rent the Clubhouse are responsible for setup, decorations, and also for doing a complete cleanup of the Clubhouse and the kitchen after their event. A company hired by First Residential will conduct a Clubhouse Checkout Inspection at the conclusion of your event to check for any damages, to ensure all spaces are cleaned and returned to their original condition. The company conducting the checkout is: G&M All in 1 Services LLC.

The pictures below are provided as an example of how the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse could be decorated and the HOA Board does not endorse any particular vendor to decorate the Clubhouse for parties.
