End of Summer Pool Party

Saturday Aug. 24, 2024 from 3 to 8 pm

The End of Summer Party is an exciting party typically on the Saturday before Labor Day Weekend.

Families must RSVP by Monday August 19th using SignUp Genius (link below) in advance of attend this event. The RSVP is required to manage the purchase of food and help the HOA predict attendance. Guests within to attend that are not residents must register in advance and pay $15 per person, regardless of age.

A large inflatable water slide is setup on the pool deck and a number of water themed games are organized for kids of all ages.

A dinner will be provided (while supplies last) starting at 5pm, and families are asked to bring a dessert or side to share with up to eight people.

Pool Party Schedule:

3 pm – Pool Opens and party starts with snow cones. A water slide will be setup
4 to 5 pm – Organized games for kids
5 to 7 pm – Dinner Served. Catered by El Paso Mexican Restaurant
6 to 6:45 pm – Mariachi Band Performs
8 pm – Party concludes, and families asked to help with clean up

Register Your Family To Attend

Families must RSVP at least one week in advance using the SignUpGenius website by Monday Aug. 19, 2024 to bring a sharable side or dessert. A RSVP for each family is required to attend this event. Residents wishing to bring guests must pay $15 per guest (see SignUpGenius about registering)
