Volunteer Shifts
We need volunteers to help make this year’s 2023 Trunk or Treat a success for the Lake Terrapin neighborhood. Volunteers can be from 12 to 99 years old! Middle School and High School Students that need community service hours can get credit and have their forms signed by Social Committee Members. Click here to register as a volunteer, or use the QR code below to take you to the SignUp Genius Page.
Volunteers are needed to help manage the games and bounce house, to help prepare and serve hot dogs and popcorn, do face paintings, and to run a Pumpkin Painting Station. We also have four volunteer spots for people to sign up if they don’t care what job they are assigned.
Face Painting:
We do not have any face painting supplies, but if you have face painting skills, let us know what to get you and we will get you some face painting supplies. Email [email protected] once you register to be a face painter.
Game Coordinators:
Have you always wanted to be a Carnival Barker? The games will be setup near the bounce house and will include: Beanbag Toss (Cornhole), Ring Toss, Bowling, etc.
The Bounce House “Bouncer”:
The bounce house will need an attendant to manage the pandemonium within the bounce house and also control how many are in the bounce house at any one time. It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
Pumpkin Painting Station:
Multiple tables will be setup in the Clubhouse so children can paint some pumpkins and channel their inner Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, or Frida Kahlo. Do you like a challenge? Are you interested to encourage young artists to utilize an orange winter squash as a canvas? Sign up to volunteer and you could inspire the next great pumpkin masterpiece.
