Upcoming Events & Meetings

• Reminder – Your Tax Dollars are at Work in our neighborhood. Virginia Dept. of Transportation is resurfacing Lake Terrapin Drive and will be done depending on the weather cooperating. Do Not Park on Lake Terrapin Drive during this week or your vehicle will be towed. NOTE: The HOA is not paying for or responsible for this resurfacing project.
• The next Monthly Movie Night at the Clubhouse is Friday, May 3 starting at 7 pm.
• Spring Community Yard Sale is Saturday, May 4th from 8am to 1pm. The “rain date” for the Spring Yard Sale is Saturday, May 11th.
• Game Night is Saturday May 11th at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse from 7pm to 10pm. This is a new event for neighbors to gather and play some board games and get to know each other.
• The next Lake Terrapin HOA Board Meeting is Tuesday, April 23rd at 7pm at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse and all residents are encouraged to attend.
• The next Social Committee Meeting is Tuesday, May 21st at 7pm at the Lake Terrapin Clubhouse.
• The End of School Pool Party is Friday, June 7th from 3pm to 8pm.
• The HOA Social Committee is planning a 4th of July Parade for residents of all ages to decorate their bike, wagon, stroller, or dress patriotically.
• All residents are invited to attend events.

About Us

Lake Terrapin HOA is a community-based organization in Woodbridge, VA dedicated to serving the needs of our residents. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The Lake Terrapin HOA is comprised entirely of volunteers and all members of the HOA Board, the HOA Committees, and Coordinator Positions give up their free time to work hard at planning exciting events and activities and carrying out the responsibilities of the Lake Terrapin Homeowners Association.
